Cobb Energy Management Corporation, located in Marietta, Georgia, is an affiliate of Cobb Electric Membership Corporation. Cobb Energy Management Corporation, incorporated in 1997, is a for profit entity formed to be an aggregator of services for the membership of Cobb Electric Membership Corporation and others. Cobb Energy has an operating agreement with Cobb EMC to provide labor for all Cobb EMC functions.

Cobb Energy offers many residential products under the HomeVantage® brand. Many of these products are offered by nationally recognized marketers, through alliances with Cobb Energy Management Corporation, including natural gas, local and long distance telephone service, Internet service, home heating and cooling tests, outage notification and EC Home Improvement Loans. Additionally, surge protection, tree trimming and removal, and electrical contractor referrals are products and services offered by Cobb Energy. Home security systems and monitoring are offered through InterLink Control, a company owned by Cobb Energy and three other companies. Lockheed Georgia Employees’ Federal Credit Union membership is available to Cobb EMC electric customers through a special membership arrangement with the credit union.

Provanta® Commercial and Industrial products offered by Cobb Energy Management Corporation include natural gas, telecom products, bill management, facility monitoring, security, and surge suppression.
